Refund policy
At Wear&Adorn, we take pride in the quality of our clothing and jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Jewelry: Must be in its original packaging and show no signs of wear or scratches.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings and Pierced Jewelry: These are Final Sale due to hygiene reasons.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or using a clearance discount code are non-returnable.

Custom/Personalized Orders: Any items made specifically to your requirements.
4. How to Start a Return

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Address: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at wearadorn01@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged jewelry, please include a clear photo of the defect in your email.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to arrange a bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa) refund.
