Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Wear & Adorn! We are committed to delivering your favorite apparel and signature jewelry to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Delivery Areas & Timeline

We ship to all cities across Pakistan.

• Lahore: 1–2 business days.

• Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days.

• Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 business days.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs 220 applies to all orders within Pakistan.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over Rs 5,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We primarily offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier rider at the time of delivery. The rider is not authorized to allow you to open the parcel before payment is made.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or Email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment via our courier partner's website.

5. Order Confirmation

For all new customers, we may perform a quick confirmation call or WhatsApp message before processing your order. Unconfirmed orders may be subject to cancellation after 48 hours.

6. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched to the courier.

7. Damaged Shipments
